CDE guidance regarding changes resulting from Coronavirus 2019

Dear Brush Community, Thank you for all your patience and understanding during this challenging time for our school district. As you are aware, Governor Polis on March 18 issued an Executive Order directing all schools to suspend in-person instruction through April 17, 2020, in order to limit the spread of Coronavirus 2019. Additionally, you should be aware that the governor has indicated that there is a high possibility in-person instruction will not resume this school year. As a result, changes will be necessary for some important educational functions, such as the number of teacher-pupil instructional hours, special education and graduation requirements. Free and Reduced Meal Applications Online

Children need healthy meals to learn. Brush School District offers healthy meals every school day. Breakfast is free to students in K-8 and is $1.70 for grades 9-12. Lunch costs: K-5 is $2.80 and 6-12 is $3.00. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. There is no cost for breakfast or lunch for all qualifying reduced-price students. If your child's application was approved last year, YOU STILL NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION THIS YEAR.  READ MORE...
